Orders may undergo payment verification or fraud review. Banks and providers control approvals, pending holds and declined transactions. Their currency-conversion or international fees may apply separately.

Shopify and payment providers process checkout information. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or banking passwords by email. We do not ask for those credentials through customer support.

Enter valid discount codes before completing checkout and check the adjusted total. Offer conditions apply. Look for confirmation in your inbox and spam folder.

For an unexpected or duplicate charge, contact service@bexqul.com with the order number and non-sensitive transaction details. Your provider may need time to release temporary authorizations.
