Return & Refund Policy

Request eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Email service@bexqul.com with your order number, reason and relevant photos before shipping.

Items should be unused with components and packaging where possible. Misuse, missing parts or excessive wear can affect eligibility. Disclosed hygiene, personalized or final-sale exclusions may apply. Minor non-functional variations are not automatically defects.

Wait for approval and a designated return address. Do not send packages to the registered company address without instructions.

Report damage, defects, wrong items or missing components promptly. After review, we may offer a replacement, reshipment or refund. Applicable return costs for our errors are covered by us.

Change-of-mind return postage and international charges may be yours. Original delivery charges are generally not refundable unless law or our error requires otherwise. Returns are inspected; approved refunds use the original payment method. Bank posting time varies.

Exchanges depend on stock. Contact us quickly for cancellations; fulfillment may prevent changes. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
